My Mission
This country's backbone is the well established, small and medium sized businesses that provide products and services across all industries, regions and continents of the world. The UK's 'Mittelstand' as germanic nations call it.
This group of businesses are successful, but the country needs more of them and more from them, they are the employers, tax payers and training vehicles of our country.
Many of these companies are lean, and spend what is needed to operate, so some areas of business are not their focus, usually digital being one. This means they leave margin on the table.
The digital landscape is moving fast, faster than ever before. It provides ways to improve pricing, acquire and retain customers, and increase efficiencies in operations. Companies need specialist expertise to understand and deliver this, which many do not currently possess.
I want to bridge this gap. I provide the digital expertise to companies like this, not through powerpoint slides and consultancy for boardroom politics but through working as an analyst and an operator to get stuff done. Not at prices with high margins to keep a large organisation functioning, but ones that reflect my services and work for me.
I want to personally help these businesses, delivering results for now and for a sustainable future.
My belief is more 'Mittelstand' companies, with improved efficiency, will grow our economy and improve our standard of living. And I want to help make that a reality.
